All communication will be streamlined through our FlxHo Chatbot on WhatsApp, ensuring seamless interaction. Rent is due on or before the 5th of each month. Please note that our accounts close at 5pm; any payment received after this time will be considered late. A nominal late fee of Rs. 200 per day will be applied from the 6th day of the month until the 15th. After the 15th, the late fee increases to Rs. 500 per day.
Failure to pay rent even after the 25th of the month may result in termination of the lease, as nonpayment impacts the service provided to you and your fellow FlxHo members.
Moving into FlxHo is not only convenient but also affordable. We require a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent plus one month’s advance rent. This amount must be paid in full before moving in. Alternatively, if you’re facing financial constraints, you can opt to pay this amount in 3-6 monthly installments.
To secure your FlxHo stay, a token payment of Rs. 3000 is required. Unfortunately, this amount is non-refundable but will be adjusted within your security deposit payment.
Refunds will be processed within 45 working days. A deposit refund statement will be provided to the member, detailing any deductions made.
Paying your rent at FlxHo is hassle-free. You can conveniently make payments online through the FlxHo Bot link using Paytm, UPI, Net Banking, or Debit/Credit Cards. To facilitate easy payment, we’ll send app notifications whenever a new invoice is generated.
