How do I know if my referral has been successful? How long will it take for me to receive my referral bonus?
When your referral successfully reserves a FlxHo unit, you'll receive an email/whatsapp or call notification to your registered contact information as confirmation. After your referral moves into their FlxHo home, you'll receive FlxHo Credit from their check-in date. If you are not a FlxHo member, please reach out to hello@flxho.com or call 9354369292 for more information about how to redeem your credits.
Will My Referral Code Or Link Change Or Expire?
Nope. They will be the same as long as you do not change your FlxHo account. Your registered mobile number will be your referral code.
When can i Redeem my FlxCoins?
You can redeem the earned FlxCoins in the bill amount of your next stay at any of the FlxHo Properties. Your earned points lapse within 180days of credit.
Are there any limitations on how many people I can refer?
Not at all! You are welcome to refer as many people as you like.
Can I get a referral bonus if my referral is already a FlxHo member?
Sorry, your referral must be a new member for both parties to receive the bonus.
Can the referral bonus be combined with other special offers on FlxHo?
