Can I book a FlxHo Apartment over the phone?
On FlxHo you can see all listings and send booking requests online. You can find the availability of each apartment in the calendar section.

When does an apartment booking become binding?
You have successfully booked an apartment once both you and FlxHo have signed the rental agreement. From that point on, your booking is binding.
Can I view the apartment before I rent it?
As soon as a FlxHo apartment is reserved for you and before signing the rental agreement, we are happy to make a viewing appointment for you.

Is my booking request binding?
All booking requests are non-binding. Once both you and FlxHo have signed the rental agreement, your booking is binding.
Can I send requests for more than one apartment?
Absolutely! Your chances of a confirmed booking are significantly higher if you send multiple booking requests. If several of your requests are confirmed, you have to make a decision: you can confirm one booking.
Which documents should I have at hand?
A valid government-issued identity document for each person moving in. This is required for identity verification.
Are pets allowed in the apartment?
All our listing are pet-friendly.
How long can I rent an apartment for?
In principle, FlxHo has a minimum rental period of 1 day.
The maximum rental period is determined by the reason for your stay: a fixed-term rental agreement must always be justified by the reason for your stay. We will gladly check whether an apartment is available in your desired time period as soon as you have made a non-binding booking request.
Why was my booking request rejected?
There could be several reasons why FlxHo did not to proceed with your booking request. It could be that confirming your booking would create a gap in the apartment's rental calendar, the current tenant has extended their stay. It's also possible that the apartment is being used for a different purpose, and the availability has been adjusted accordingly.
To increase your chances of a successful booking and find the perfect place for your needs, we recommend sending requests for multiple apartments.
What happens after signing the rental agreement?
After the rental agreement has been signed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your copy of the contract. The rental agreement contains the bank account details. Now you transfer the first month's rent and the security deposit to your as agreed in the rental agreement and then you are ready to move-in.
