Refund & Cancellation
Cancellation Before Move-In
We invest considerable time and effort in preparing your accommodations and eagerly anticipate your arrival. While we’d be saddened by your decision not to move in, we understand. In such cases, both your rent and security deposit will be refunded. Please note that the token money amount is non-refundable.
Refund On Token Money
Token money is a commitment fee paid to reserve your spot at FlxHo. We accept a minimum token amount of Rs. 3000, which is nonrefundable.
Move-Out Policy
Exit Notice
While we sincerely hope you won’t have to leave, we understand that circumstances may necessitate it. To initiate the checkout process, simply raise a ticket on the ShowUp App, providing us with one month’s notice. This notice period is mandatory and non-negotiable under any circumstances. Should you need to vacate earlier than the scheduled move-out date, you are free to do so. However, if rent for the remaining days is unpaid, the balance will be adjusted from your security deposit. FlxHo has a minimum lock-in period of 3 months, and if you decide to leave earlier, one month’s security deposit will be forfeited. Extension of stay beyond your move-out date is subject to FlxHo’s discretion.
Refund Terms
At FlxHo, we pride ourselves on not imposing unnecessary financial burdens. Before vacating your apartment/studio, our representative will conduct a quick inspection for damages, if any. Assuming you’ve provided the required notice and there are no damages, you will receive a full refund of your security deposit. The refund process, factoring in any damages, typically takes around 45 working days. However, if the requisite notice is not given or if damages are present, deductions may be made from your security deposit. That said, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If your reason for moving out is genuine, we are willing to make exceptions regarding the security deposit.
